The Comforts Inn - Hotel in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

It was really a nice experience, we have been here for 3 days the atmosphere was amicable, service is excellent. Thank you comfort in for providing us this superb facility.

Located opposite to KS hegde hospital. Easily accessible, secure location. The rooms are spacious enough and are tidy too. They maintain it well. They have both ac and non ac rooms. I would any day prefer the AC rooms over non ac as it suits the weather and also not too costly. They have tie up with treebo, which I usually avoid as generally they beef up the room cost and then give a minimum discount and showcase as if you are paying less, which infact is higher than what the direct bookings cost. There is a catch in room bookings, if you book a AC room, you get complementary breakfast else you have to pay around rs 200 for the same. I wish they improve on covered parking area, which is completely missing now.

Amazing people. Liked every person who works in the hotel. Good food. Rooms could have been a tad bit better but no complaints. And location is ideal to people who wants to visit Yennepoya or KS Hegde hospital. Good Reasonable hotel just in the ground floor for lunch and dinner which also provides room service. And you get medical shops and stationery in the ground floor.

It was a really bad experience staying in comfort inn . The staff is extremely unprofessional and don't know how to handle check in and check out or even room allotment for that matter. Especially the lady sitting at the reception who calls herself the manager . She is very very rude and doesn't know how to speak to the guests at the hotel. No clear information is ever provided regarding basic things . They also provide with wet mattress and blankets when asked. The water that comes in the wash room is brown ,frothy and smells bad ,even after complaining there was no action taken.

Kindly don't give guests rooms with moist, fungus over room's roof.. rooms 114.. a huge dust settlement was on the bed in room 112... think these rooms were not in use for quite some time

A superb place to stay. Interior are nicely done.very good staff, make us feel homely. Owner Mr.Chamdrahaas Shetty has an eye for quality and doesn't compromise on anything less but perfection. Great place to stay. Thank you Sir, thank you all the support staff and the reception staff Ms Aswini and her team. God Bless you all. We all have a smile on our face. I stayed for my daughter s admission in August thrice this year ,firstly it's just opp the college and most important service is great . I should not miss the very helpful person Pradeep who took us around mangalore, he was our guide in the journey. Must give 10 on 10 to everyone at the hotel. Thanks guys and keep it up

I stayed at the comforts in lodge for 5 nights. The room was in a very good condition, clean, and comfortable.The best thing about this hotel is the location that makes it very convenient to go around ks hegde hospital and deralkatte.The staff at the front desk were very friendly especially vinod he is very good receptionist and he give quick response to all problems, the check in and check out process were smooth too. Will definitely stay here again.
