The Coffee Stop - Featured Reviews (719)
It's a very unhealthy place to eat food. The dishes are very poor in quality. The state buses passing through Gundlupet from and to mysuru and bangalore (kerala, karnataka, Tamil nadu) will stop here for food (most people have no other option but eat from here). So these people uses the situation and charge you more for relatively bad food. If you are hungry drink tea from bakery near to the road OR eat very lightly from the restaurant.
Awesome moments
Enjoy full fledge. Pool. WiFi all Android TV . Majlis big siz rooms and services hot water. ECCO green fresh air. House keeping king level.
This restaurant doesn't deserve even one star. The food quality is the worst you can find, and the service is extremely bad. Since all long route KSRTC buses stop here, people have no other options. That's how they do business. The only thing you can do is avoid their food and get snacks or drinks from the shop outside.
Coffee Shop at Gundlupet - A Popular Stop for Travelers
During my recent journey through Gundlupet, I had the pleasure of visiting the coffee shop located there. This review aims to highlight the notable aspects of the coffee shop and provide an honest assessment of its strengths and weaknesses.
The coffee shop at Gundlupet is a nice establishment that offers a wide variety of food options, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. It serves as a popular choice for interstate and tourist buses, attracting a steady stream of passengers. The availability of diverse food choices ensures that there is something for everyone, making it a convenient stop for travelers with different dietary preferences.
One of the standout features of this coffee shop is its location near the jungle. The surrounding ambience creates a unique and pleasant atmosphere, providing a refreshing break for weary travelers. The proximity to nature adds a touch of serenity to the dining experience, making it a memorable stop along the journey.
Moreover, the coffee shop also provides well-maintained washrooms and refreshing facilities, which are particularly useful for those embarking on long journeys. The availability of clean and functional amenities is a significant advantage, allowing passengers to freshen up and continue their travels comfortably.
Another noteworthy aspect of the coffee shop is its effective communication with customers. The staff members are fluent in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi. This linguistic diversity ensures that travelers from various regions can easily convey their preferences and requirements. However, it is worth noting that the staff's proficiency in English is limited, which may pose a challenge for English-speaking customers.
Despite this limitation, the coffee shop at Gundlupet manages to compensate for it through its overall convenience and appeal. The flavorsome food, serene ambiance, and availability of essential facilities make it a favored choice among passengers and bus travelers passing through the area.
In conclusion, the coffee shop at Gundlupet provides a delightful experience for travelers seeking a tasty meal and a relaxing break. Its wide range of food options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, caters to diverse tastes. The proximity to the jungle adds a touch of tranquility, while the well-maintained washrooms and refreshing facilities cater to the needs of long-distance travelers. The only drawback is the limited proficiency in English, but the multilingual staff ensures effective communication in other regional languages. If you find yourself passing through Gundlupet, I recommend stopping by this coffee shop for a satisfying and rejuvenating experience.
Worst food one can get it here. It's only deal done busses stop here. Unfortunately people don't have option so they're kind of default to have food here. Service I'd pathetic. Cost is very high. Taste like a bin. Don't have words to describe such a pathetic hotel.
It's a trap for travelers. Bangalore-Kozhikode buses stop here for food and there is no other hotels nearby. There is enough space for parking. That is the only plus. Food, hygiene, behavior of staff, toilets are all so so.
A routine stop by most of the Kerala state transport bus for wayanad to mysore and also nilambur to mysore
Ok type of food
It is a place where you get Kerala style food, the food is ok
