The Coffee Shop - Cafe in Kokrajhar, Boro Bhatarmari - Kokrajhar, India

Firstly, just opening up a franchisee doesn't always work. Since they are short staffed the tables are even not cleaned after the customers have left. The entire cafe is run by only two people with both of them working in the kitchen. There's nobody in the counter. The AC there doesn't even cover a single table and they have decorated the entire cafe with 100watt bulbs. Even the wall fitted fans donot work properly(since there's no ventilation, the hot air revolves in the room itself). Now speaking of the pizza that we had ordered, it arrived after one and half hour and the taste was pathetic. The pizza base was not cooked properly. Even the cheese didn't melt. The chicken was overcooked which helped the chicken to form into a rubbery material and the vegetables were not at all cooked. I don't know on what temperature this type of food is being cooked. In a nutshell, the management ,ambience, food everything was very bad. The basic requirements of a customer was not even upto the average level.

I recently visited this restaurant and I must say it was an excellent experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, with a great view of the city. The menu had a variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The dishes were well-presented, and the portions were quite generous. The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. They were happy to explain the dishes on the menu and even gave us some great recommendations. The wait time for the food was not long, and everything came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a great indication of their hygiene practices. The prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and great service. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again soon!

Much better than the Guwahati brewbakes. The ambience, the quality and quantity of the food everything was good. The green apple smoothie is a must try!

This review is for the Brewbakes near UN academy. Vanialla latte was mild. Couldn't feel the taste of coffee. Loved the garlic bread. I liked the Queen Margherita pizaa too but two of my friends didn't like it. I loved the fillings , it was soft and chewy. You can see from the photo that the crust was big yet it wasn't much hard so I didn't dislike it right away . It will go well with caffeinated or soft drink. As a stand alone dish ,there is huge probability that you will not like it.

First of its kind in Kokrajhar. Awesome for cafe junkies out there. Perfect for an evening with friends or a meaningful conversation with someone. Food is good and prices right.

Finally brewbakes arrived in my hometown. The environment over here is just awesome.

Its nice, clean n beautiful but Bigger space would have been better.
