I ordered one peri peri cheese fries and Bombay grill sandwich and cold coffee. The fries were really good for the price but the sandwich was average. People need to understand that mountains of cheese over any dish won't make it better, the filling inside is important. There was a very thin slice of dressing inside the sandwich...but for 70/- i think it could work for some people. The coffee was decent. What made my overall experience so negative was the delayed service! There was no crowd at all, those weren't rush hours either, but still I had to wait for A LOT of time for the order, and I kept repeatedly asking for it but that didn't help. I was hungry, i was also getting late. The food is definitely not worth your time. Worth your money? Yes.
Also, the tables weren't clean, even if it was wiped in front of me, it was still greasy which attracted a swarm of flies. Literally a swarm. The whole time I was just fanning my hand while eating.
The service and the hygiene are the factors they need to work upon. I believe they can do better.

4. Staff Behaviour- 5/5* (Helped us stand in their shop while there was heavy raining outside)
Everytime i visit here my first order is Oreo thick shake it is so creamy, thick and delicious (Cost- 50rs)

I told the shop owner about this instead of apologizing, he was arguing with me "We don't serve our customers anything like this!!" etc, etc.
I argued with him and asked for refund. He didn't gave me money but was talking rudely with me using harsh words!!!
