Overall mixed experience. Their coffee are amazing. Must have it. We enjoyed most of the options from the menu. But they need to work on the service part. It's not that great. We recommend this place for coffee lovers. Do visit if you are looking forward to authentic coffee....

I have spent good 6 years making coffee working in cafe and restro's within Sweden - Denmark and Germany during my teenage. I can tell from my experience this is the worst ever coffee I have tried. Beans are of low quality no proper blend or roast. There's absolutely no taste or notes in the coffee. The caramel they used is a flavoured syrup not a house made caramel which isn't expected by a name like CBTL.. pathetic sandwich the kolesaw bread was stale you can see the filling inside it's just salad in chicken sandwich..I will conclude the this is a zero quality preparation with low value ingredients please don't waste your money on the name of CBTL.

Nice place and ambience, staff is also very cooperative. The coffees are really good but they need to work on their food quality and service time. Been to CBTL Chandigarh plenty times so this view is in comparison to that. But overall a must try!
