The worse experience! Had a connecting flight and was very very hungry and I have always liked this chain, hence opted for it. I got a paneer sandwich and a cold coffee and have paid around 600/700 rs. But it was total waste of money. The sandwich was so sogggy that I can't even hold it, it jus drops off, and tasted was lil nothing, jus the Color n paneer, no taste at all.. talk about cold coffee, they could have a proper takeaway cup, the lid jus falls off n unknowingly I have poured the coffee on me. When went a spoke to the attendee, she jus ignored as if I was talking to a wall.. Waste of money and energy
Atrocious place. They charge 230 for an espresso. And if you want a dash of water in it, they'll charge you 280. That's 50 bucks for 100 ml of water. Why? Because it's called an Americano on their menu. I tried to explain this to the woman behind the counter who was curt with a 'this is how we do it' response. Finally, the coffee itself is basically brewed charcoal with caffeine in it. Avoid!
It is located opposite gate 3. They do not have any seating of the role but that's not really problem since there is standard airport seating right opposite. Service and coffee quality are typical coffee bean fare.

It has good coffee to offer with dozzens of variety. They have crossaint cheese and butter ... Although after 11p.m unable to find any till 6 a.m in the morning. For light food this option shall be preferable . If you like to go for muffins and cookies better move to nearby outlet cookieman

I wonder if this is even an actual Coffee Bean or it's just that the staff are horribly trained. I regularly go to Coffee Bean outlets at airports and this one, at the Chennai airport, is undoubtedly the worst outlet I have been to. We ordered a ice blended hazelnut coffee and a iced tea - the coffee was like any other tapri wala cold coffee which you would get for INR 50, and the iced tea was made with Lipton powder, trust me - I am not kidding. Ended up paying 660 bucks, and we threw both things away.
