I recently visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside Quest Mall and had a wonderful experience. Here's a brief review based on my visit: 1. The cafe has a perfect ambiance that resembles a cozy coffee shop. The interior decoration was impressive and added to the overall charm. 2. The staff members were attentive and well-behaved. They were prompt in taking orders and provided excellent service. 3. The cappuccino and latte I tried were made from freshly brewed coffee beans, which resulted in a delightful and rich flavor. While the latte art was missing, the barista's expertise was evident in the specialty coffee they served. 4. The selection of cakes was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the almond cake and pineapple cake. They were delicious and complemented the coffee perfectly. 5. Although the croissants were served, they lacked the desired crispness. It would be great if The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf could introduce more varieties and work on improving the texture of their croissants. 6. I would suggest including different types of cookies in their menu. This would offer more options for customers to pair with their beverages. Additionally, serving drinking water would be a thoughtful addition to enhance the overall experience. 7. Lastly, I recommend The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to consider arranging specialty coffee beans for purchase in the shop. This would be appreciated by customers like us who would like to enjoy their favorite brew at home. Overall, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside Quest Mall offers a pleasant environment, attentive staff, and excellent coffee made from freshly brewed beans. I look forward to my next visit and hope to see some improvements in the croissants and additions to their menu.

They can be annoyingly slow at times, but the wait is worth it. Nice coffee and a great place to work, catch up with friends or just to take a break from shopping in the mall. We love the eggs - ham and cheese omelette in particular, sausages, cheesy garlic toast etc. Their cold coffees are delicious and they have quite a variety.

This was inside of Quest mall. I am not a great fan of this mall and its cafes. But since I was there, tried this cafe. The tea was very nice and the cake was also good. Ambience is fine but a bit dark. I guess it is just a simple cafe, nothing great.

Coffee bean & Tea leaf remains one of old and favorite spots in the city of joy to enjoy some really tasty and Satisfying beverages. The place is perfect. Sir, relax and do your work till your order arrives. I ordered a Cappuccino and chocolate cheery cheesecake. The sweetness of the cheesecake goes perfectly well with the Cappuccino. Even the food menu quite good. Serving sandwiches and really good main course. It's has a lot Subs as well. The service and the ambience is quite well. The place has really nice decor. You can easily sit and complete your work while sipping on your coffee.

An absolute miss. They're slow. Place could be a little quicker if they hired 2 more employees to deliver the orders to the table. I received a bitter double chocolate latte. Had to return it to get in more chocolate. I ordered white sauce spaghetti and received penne. Pasta was good, but i didn't receive what i ordered.

This is one perfect place for coffee and quality time to spend with friends or date. I have been here so many times and I am still looking forward to visiting here again. Cappuccino, cafe latte, hazelnut and all kinds of cold coffee I have had all here. I love hot and cold both kinds of coffee. The food l love here; spaghetti Aglio e olio, spaghetti in pesto sauce, penne arabita, hash browns, veg gratin croissant. In veg options these are the best items to choose from.

Hygiene maintained at this period of Covid Should try the hazelnut Latte it's one of my Favourite Staffs are friendly and Price is reasonable compared to Starbucks Also would say more options should be there so we can select from those various list Snack menu is also decent for munching Walnut and cates cake is one of my Favourite.

Recommend this cafe for a Latte , Americano & Biscotti! Latte was flavourful with one shot of coffee and whole milk. If you enjoy a black coffee, Americano is the order to place. If you wish to indulge in slightly sweet and crispy treat, then do have a Biscotti. A bite of dried cranberry and slight flavour of Vanilla is tasted in this bar. If you indulge in shopping and wish to relax, then do stop by this cafe. The staff is attentive and courteous.
