This coffee spot in one of the best in the mall, with a decent crowd that visits to enjoy their coffee with work or chit chat. Ambience: A very classy outlet with great ambience and service. The staff is helpful and sweet. The interiors are classy and spacious. The hygiene levels are maintained and all safety precautions taken. Coffee & meal: We were offered a decent corner to enjoy our meal. Compared to other chains, I loved Hazelnut coffee here the most. The flavour was so good and relaxing. Additionally, they have a vast variety of dishes and drinks to choose from. So, I relished coffee with my favourite veg Speghetti served with side of garlic bread. Overall, we had a great evening. This spot is recommended for family relaxing time, office meeting, friends corner. So it's a total recommendation. Ambience - 5 Service - 5 Food - 4 Value for money - 4
Though i like it's coffee but the pesto cottage cheese puff was pathetic its was very soggy and raw from inside. Not worth it

The place is half decent. Coffee (cappuchino) was half decent. The staff here have an attitude of "staff first" and not "customer first''. The man managing the place came up with random personal excuse to close the shop an hour early. Pathetic. Whoever own the place. Kindly run it properly or close the shop.
Coffee was mediocre, cheese cake can be better. Pricing is not done well. It was costlier to have coffee at this place than our lunch at an upscale restaurant.
I had double chocolate from here and it was merely water, little milk and chocolate powder. The person just couldn't prepare a nice coffee and it spoied my mood completely.

Ordered Hazelnut Shake (Regular) and was given Double. Card machine hung so card was given to me later. Of course I was charged for double. Then as our shakes finished, we were asked to leave as it was "the weekend" and we were keeping the place occupied. Won't be visiting again.
