Need good service. To be kept clean with proper care.

Slightly expensive at Rs2800 per person. But really nice stay experience. Swimming pool was good, so it was a good fun time for my kid, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Food was good. Hospitality was good.

Need maintenance, toilet seat was broken, water heater not working, WiFi was not working. Pesticides small in the room, all not repaired during our stay. Swimming pool is not fully finished, not clean, pool water purifier not working. When reported to staff they looked at each other and gave vague answers. Said sorry and excuse, did not commit any thing, said will inform management. So stopped complaining. Since we went with big family I focused on spending good time with them. Took all the 7 rooms so we had whole property for us. It's not professionally managed, so don't except that kind of service. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is good but only local cuisine available. So can't order North Indian and any other items. Built in a coconut farm so very nice ambiance and surrounding. If you love nature, want to be away from crowds and is okay with these maintenance issues you can have good time. Price is bit high. This is located in a farm so have to drive for any needs, activity. No restaurant nearby. On the whole had good time with family. So giving 3 stars.

Please stay away from this place! Staff is extremely rude and arrogant. Not customer centric at all. Mr.Kavin who is the manager has zero communication skills and ihas no ownership towards building a good experience for his customers. Don't go here even if you have no options!!

Worst experience ever... Promised to us while booking: * Welcome Drinks * 3 hours room for refreshing. After booking: * No welcome drinks provided even after multiple reminders. * No rooms provided as promised. * Even changing room is not provided after accessing pool. * Worst ever hospitality. (Menu is over boiled rice with salt less chicken curry, dumb rasam, curd rice pickle) Not worth for money...

Have space for lot of improvements.. very frequent power cuts, Gensets was available but seems like it still needed manual intervention to start it. Before renting it to guest should check if all electrical items are working. Few lights were not in working condition and had to wait to get it work. Bathroom showers were broken. Aprt from this it's an awesome place to stay and the employees were very friendly and good care takers.

Calm and Quite atmosphere. Excellent food. Rooms are neat and clean. Good Staff. Owner is so friendly. I will give 5*. Network issue is there,but its good so that we will be free from all other thoughts. Relax on the lap of nature...

Coconut county is a fantastic resort .Well maintained.Clean rooms.Pleasant ambience.cool calm surroundings.Clean pool.Had a great family time.The place was more than what we expected.Rightly placed in the base of hills. Staffs were inexperienced and food was ok. Mr.Kavinraj was very helpful in all ways
