The Cloud Hotel And Resorts - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

The Room service is terrible , no towels , no soaps , no water bottle privided. They charge you 3000 just to make you smell their gutter like bathroom with no exhaust. The bedsheets are stained with the brown coloured stain. The swimming pool seems not cleaned since days. Pathetic experience . Dont come to this place unless you wanna disturb your peace. Not enough staff. Badly maintained. Wifi doesn't work , unfair treatment. Not able to upload photos believe me this hotel will ruin your entire mood. The owner is unapproachable and unhelpful. Money waste .. total money waste.

Rooms are clean n neat... The ambience is also good.... The pool is also a well maintained best place to hangout with your loved ones

I have stayed 3 days here but there is very slow services I have waited almost 2 hours in restaurant for food to get deliverd to us there no man power to serve only one person at reception doing all jobs so never suggest anyone to in this hotel

I have visited this place with family. Booking done through MMT but hotel was not having any info about booking. They didn't offered chair for sitting until they get confirmation from MMT. Reception guy was worst as he don't want any guest come to this property. Location is good and they have live music bar with property. I don't recommend to families

Hopeless cooking of cloud hotel and restaurant in Nashik trambak road lollipop which is made of chicken which is not properly cooked fish chilli is not cooked properly fish is older than 3 days prawns biryani hopeless test grounds are older it's not fresh it's very hard very bad please do not go to the cloud hotel and resort which is in Nashik trimbak road.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, . The Cloud Hotel & Resorts is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good & the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay, calm and relaxing vibe, hotel room and lawn besides is a great view. I would love to to be stay besides every trip at nearby place. the staff is very co-operative and helpful and on the toes "Mr. Yuvraj" for your need, loved that the most. locality is great for single or family stay. Owner's as well are great and greet their guest personally, which is a great gesture.

Lovely hotel with very comfortable and well-lit rooms, nice inviting pool. Live band performances in their open type spacious restaurant area further adds to the charm of evening. Convenient location if you'd like to go to Trimbakeshwar temple and Flower Park. Lovely, warm welcoming owners, manager and staff.
