I took personal training sessions from Manish sir at Cloud9 for one month. I visited India for a month during which I needed to restart my gym and weights training schedule. Manish sir provided all the appropriate guidance to me according to the time I had and my goals. He helped correct my form for the exercises and also learn which exercises target specific muscle groups according to my body type. Would definitely recommend personal training at least for some time when one is getting started!
Its a great gym but doesn't have steam bath or bathing . Plus some added machines would be great but pricing & quality is nice compared to other gym in area

It's a very good gym around Mahim West area. The crowd is really decent but in peak ours it really gets too crowded.
