I use to go in this gym before lockdown. Place is not that big and gym is too crowded in the evening and morning. There use to be one person on reception whose name was Manjit. He use to promote for unofficial personal training through trainers as he use to get cut from trainers. There were 3 trainers. Among them there was 1 trainer Lav who didn't give cut to Manjit. Manjit use to harrass students who use to take unofficially personal training from Lav. Manjit made false accusations on Lav and terminated him. Many people left gym because of Manjit. I still get call for membership renewal from them but I had bad experience with this gym. Will never join this gym again
The staff is so unsupportive. I buy PT for 3 months. My training done only for 1.5 months and my trainer left the job. After that i talk with manager and staff. I was asking only my 1.5 month training from another trainer or half refund. But they denied for both option and said we don't have anything like this in our terms and conditions.
After that they called me again and said we will give you your 1 month pending training with another trainer but you have to buy another PT for 3 months or 1 month then only you'll get your previous PT.
They are so unsupported with whole process and only putting terms. No solution for customer..
At the end they said go and talk to our owner we can't help. This kind of staff gym have.
Just wanna share my personal experience. I joined this gym on 12th July and within 15days I lost 3 kgs of my weight.All credit goes to my personal trainer - Raj sir with his guidance I did excercise plus followed his diet plan. I will definately recommend people to join gym if u are seriously want to work out on ur self.

Cloud 9 Fitness Club has been great for me. As a coach I got Mr. Shubham More. Sir is a trainer. The overall atmosphere is very nice.

Cloud 9 is an affordable option in Dadar East. Quite old and trainer Mr. Shubham is very good. He trains with heavy weight which I have never done before. Highly recommended to train under him.
The Cloud9 fitness club has been awesome to me. Their trainer Raj Sir are exceptional, the overall vibe is great. Would highly recommend to the beginners!
