We are thoroughly satisfied with the stay at The Classic Hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. Brilliant hospitality and the hotel staff is really very well behaved. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Special mention to the cafeteria where we had a nice dining experience. The service of the staff was great and they are of very polite nature. Rooms are small. Construction site adjacent with labourers just outside your window. Breakfast spread is OK. Service during daytime is great, a little slow after 10 pm. In room dining menu is rather limited

The rooms seem to have undergone a slight fall in maintenance after the Covid years. No brushing/ shaving kits offered. However, service is still of the highest standards. Still remains one of the top stays Imphal. Hope to see the rooms better equipped in the days ahead.

The no. 1 hospitality and tourism service provider in MANIPUR. service, food, staff courtesy, ambience, space, cleanliness, interior, amenities are all worth of international standards. the lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful. Some few cons are the road leading to the hotel was congested and not well maintained. inside the hotel it's spacious but the hotel doesn't have much open space. Overall the whole experience was worth it. Everything was so good best in the NORTH EAST. Will be visiting again soon

I stayed in this Hotel, I found all the staff courteous, always ready to help. Food was amazing!! Customer service are also excellent giving some discount, their guidance was genuinely helpful while booking. Room and toilet are also clean and comfy..My family has enjoyed fully. Rooms are quite spacious and full of amenities. Staffs are well trained and polite. Room was clean and linen was spotless. According to me, food costs are overpriced. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of items.
