Wrost ever administration department handled by Mr Issac , he is not responding to proper complaint which we given and more over he is not availabie on his bench,that is his personal don't won't involve it . Lot more complaints against management

Treatment amount came similar to other private hospitals..... But cleanliness similar to busstand toilets....we can play with mosquitos free of cost.... General ward has awesome smell, but never ever want to smell..I wondered there is no administrator but hospital runs as per protocol ..... We are test animal for their trainees.. Hi, I have had very good experience while on my root canal treatment on 17 Apr 23. Very good atmosphere and the fee for the treatment is affordable rather very low, whoever lives in Madurai must avail the facility. This is another milestone in Dental Clinic chapter in Madurai. Good day.

Very very worst treatment and they took a year for treatment duration. Medical students only treat the patients and doctors are not properly invigilate them. Last time they provide wrong medicines and finally that day we again went to hospital around 9.30 PM. Due to wrong medicines, my wife facing huge trouble. She feel huge pain on head and also dizzyness. Please prefer better hospital for treatment.

Unclean, Unhygienic toilets; most of the nurses are trainees. They don't even keep used and unused syringes in a proper tray with demarcation labels beside patients. It was too bad I found used syringe after the trip injection from my relative patient's below shoulder while he was trying to sleep other side.

People around Madurai City myth about this Hospital is they'll be loyal.. please don't expect it. Gynaec Doctors have good skill and treatment was good, but Admin and Senior Staffs are corrupted.. the cost is equal to other big corporate hospitals, don't expect Loyalty and now this is not for Low/Middle class people..

Me and my family had worst experience(s) in this Hospital. Heartless people who refused to take care of a pregnant lady who was in labour pain. My sister-in-law was consulting with OB doctors in that hospital since her 1st month of pregnancy. When she got the pain at night, hospital didn't have anyone to look after her. They have four OB doctors but none was ready to come to the hospital in the night. Just for the sake they admitted her and later asked us to find some other hospital. It was inhumane to send out a pregnant women in the middle of the night. I can't believe how they can play with two lives. No words to explain the situation we were in. With heavy hearts we took her to another hospital. And it was for the best because I can't image what would have happened if we stayed at this hospital. Because They have no compassion. They have no right to call themselves a 24/7 hospital Unprofessional nursing staff Doctors don't care about the patients Outdated medical facilities. So, please be aware.

Worst care for their patients and you should visit their geriatric ward , ask patients whether they have been given enough care and support. They haven't even taken the initiative of giving the elder patients the vaccine til now.. 30th may 2021.
