A best place to visit with friends to have a peaceful vibe... Note that they will take time to prepare your order but the way there music playlist is you will feel like " bhaiya jaldi laadiy order"

Their mocktails and ice tea were too good! Loved their chocolate sundae as well.

I ordered a ruffle theme cake for my 25th Birthday celebrations from The Chocolate Room in the year 2020. Placing the order was quite simple, I got in touch with the team on their official Instagram page. I placed the order 5 days prior to the event and would recommend placing an order 5-7 days prior, which gives ample amount of time to both parties for the preparation. To be honest, the guests loved the cake and even complimented how wonderful it looked and how delicious it was. But I faced a lot of issues regarding the timely delivery of the cake. I had asked them to deliver the cake by 1 pm, as the party was scheduled around 2 pm. But they kept on assuring me that the cake will be delivered soon, every time I called them. It was quite an embarrassing situation to have the guests waiting for the cake-cutting ceremony, which further delayed the lunch. The cake was delivered to me around 3:30 pm, almost 1 hour and 30 minutes late, which is highly unprofessional and not at all appreciable.

Well, they don't give you wifi access! Buh! It's like provided at every normal place you visit. Must say untrained staff again. I came for the second time to see if things changed, Highly recommended to avoid visiting :) godbless them. @Edited update: Mr. Owner, well you can defend everything stating it as .. "Company Policy" , i have always cherished the food here, but the service on the other hand has been awful. Being humble and happy to help is what is expected of a Hospitality/ Resturant industry. I can understand you might have not attended those trainings were all that is taught :) anyhow, I don't wana argue here :) it's your business and your are running it the way you like it :) as a customer i can differentiate b/w cons and pros. Thanks for covering all aspects under "Company Policy" :)

My most favorite cafe in jalandhar. Inspite of mouth watering desserts, food of this cafe is most yummy. Mexican hot pot is highly recommended on top. Other recommendations are cottage cheese crostini, pesto sauce pasta, cuddle cup hot chocolate, crepes.

Nice ambience, as their name you can find many chocolate items. Hot chocolate is good

My tummy filler. Food served with love always tastes better. I love their rice bowls and crepes.
