There is no facility for handwashing. The food & drinks are ridiculously overpriced When asked for a glass of water, the staff said that they will only sell bottled water. If someone is buying their overpriced food/drinks at least they can offer a glass of water. #NotRecomended.

Drink was good. Though the service was worst. The person who is serving was totally unaware about order and his concentration was in tv rather than guest order. He made mistake in order taking even though I consider it happens however they charge me extra for extra syrup and extra whipped toppings which I never asked for. I asked for one cookies and cream shake and one hot chocolate while they served two cookies and cream shake. It seems like lake of hospitality service. Not recommend for this location.
Very worst quality of cake. Don't buy from chocolate room. When I went to order the shop keeper show me many photos of beautiful cakes. And I had selected one cake from the catlog and ordered. And when I went to take delivery the cake was made totally different then he had shown me the photo previously.I paid 1400 for two cake. And both have many defects which was never expected from such kind of brand. Cake was look and taste like a normal bakery which you can find at each and every corner of street.
Once again the chocolate room meet my expectations and i damn sure this outlet never disappoint me in future . Each and every cake and pastry have different everlasting taste. So that dark chocolate swiss cake , chocolate truffle, lava cake and many more I tried . In ahmedabad I saw in a year there is no one like the chocolate room. Yes it is quite moderate price but still worth of money.
