My child had deep caries. This Doctor was recommended by my Dentist for my son's treatment. We had a good experience at his clinic. The Dentist laid down the options pretty well. Since my child is just 3 and half years old we decided to go for General anaesthesia and do the treatment as it would be difficult for him to sit for that many hours for the treatment and doing it gradually would mean injecting him with anaesthesia every time for the treatment. All was good until we decided to go to the Children's Hospital Mumbai in Malad West for the treatment. I could not find anything wrong with the Hospital staff as such but the Doctor who administered anaesthesia was very unprofessional, non-empathetic and could not handle the pressure of my child's reaction to the antidote of anaesthesia. Started blaming me and my wife for his reaction and shouted at my kid as well. I was about to loose my temper with him but for the sake of my child who was just recovering from anaesthesia I had to let go. This overshadowed the good experience we had throughout the treatment . Such professionals who are rude and have no empathy should be avoided by the hospital or put on some performance improvement program and must be trained by the Hospital. If it would have not been for that Doctor I would have given 3.5 stars to the Hospital.

My child nirvi gupta admitted in the children hospital under Dr. Allan Pereira. Sir is very helpful and he helps to recover my child also the staff of children hospital is very cooperative. Thank you The Children Hospital mumbai.

Hospital is for childrens bt the cleanliness at this hospital in wards is zero, they should keep the ward neat and clean mosquitos over there no freshness ,as per the charges I won't recommend anyone to visit their.

Brought my 4 days old daughter for Jaundice. They started treatment immediately even before registration. They are quick, approachable and Polite. The Staff, Nurses, Doctors are very Excellent. Their behaviour towards patients are commendable. All doctors are excellent and top notch. This hospital is par at the level of any other corporate hospital and the cost is very reasonable compared to elsewhere. Be rest assured once you admit your child here. Very thankful to Dr Vishal Baldua for referring us to this hospital. And thanks To Dr Sangeeta and Dr Suzanne for great treatment and support to our baby.

Opd timing is from 9-45am but doctor not available till 10_30am. Doctor very rude and don't listen to entire problem and just want to spend 5mins with patient and then ring bell for another patient. Not happy with OPD, hvnt tried other services because of my this. Front desk man also rude, don't see how anxious new parents are

My experience with this hospital has been incredible. Excellent staff, skilled docters and good care taker nurses. I want to thank doctors, especially, (Dr. Sangeeta & Dr. Priyanka) who handled things in well manner and explained medical conditions very well. Also, a big thanks to NICU nurses for taking good care of the childrens.

Had admitted my son for an injury. I'm highly grateful for your quick treatment. Each member of the staff was very hands on. All the doctors were highly proficient and the facilities were also neat and clean. Thank you again.

Very good care taken by doctors and all the staff of the hospital. Very supportive and caring. My daughter was preterm and was very critical, but due to all the support and care of the doctors and staff she is doing better now. A big thank you all the doctors and staff of the Children's Hospital.
