The Chevron Brigade - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

My brother booked a room here while he visited bangalore and he only booked for single guest, so at night 12.30pm I arrived with my brother after dinner, and wanted to use the washroom so asked them if atleast we could pay more for adding one more guest... they refused it very rudely.. these staffs should learn some manners though! At least towards woman. I wonder if these people had women in their house! We even asked if we could pay more just for 5 mins

Because, even if i booked two same rooms, when the guest arrives, they gave one big and one small rooms. That is disappointing. No table or chair in the small rooms. I am writing this review when my guests are staying there on 18th June 2023 to 19th June 2023. So money is waste if they do like this. thank you

The shower area sliding door was broken and kept outside. The water from the shower was smelling. The bathroom was poorly lit. The towels were torn as though it had been eaten by rats. No breakfast is available in this hotel. Even though the hotel is in a prime location, the owners / management have not bothered to make the hotel look good. I had booked for 3 nights. I left the hotel after 1 night as the water from the shower was smelling very bad. Stinking. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are spacious but not maintained well. Toilet looks like some slum public toilet. Hot water runs through both lines. You need to call reception in case you do not want blisters on your hand while opening cold water tap. Expect cockroaches on your table. Only good thing was prompt service

One of the worst hotel in bangalore the receptionist fat fellow tried to attack on us he demanded 5000 per room after check in the room he told if you don't pay 5000 I have local contacts I will smash your car window and told his hotel boys in Hindi to go near car it was literally very wild experience here complete goondaism and rowdies in this hotel if you go alone they will kill you please be aware contact local police some illegality is happening in this hotel you cannot anything positive please be aware please save your life and car we saved our life the receptionist will sit evening time he is very dangerous

The only positive about this hotel is its location. Otherwise everything is bad. Open parking is only available for your car, which gets dirt in a single day stay. Then, the rooms are big but not good. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the interior looks worse. Even, there is no TV in the room. Most important thing, the bathroom is very worst. The flash itself is not working. I don't know how they claim it's a 3 star hotel without this basic thing. Then, customer service is very bad. For everything(like towel, water,dental kit), we need to contact the front desk. They didn't give that upfront. Also, their response is very late. If you are complaining any issue, they will look into that after an hour. Strictly, not recommended.
