Men's collections are not upto the mark. The quality of the clothes are always great, no issues in that. But the cash counter service during the festival time could be managed much more.,

Dress suits are available for a wide range from small baby to grand parents and for both gender and price range starts from Rs10 to Rs5 lakhs with huge variety of collections ranges from classic to Morden ,casuals to formals, colourful and beautiful designs and patterns. This is not only a textile shop but one can buy many kitchen items, fancy jewellery and some cosmetic products also. Neat and clean. Ample parking space available here. They accept all kind of payments. Neat toiletries also available. During festive and weekends there will be huge crowd. So if people want to shop peacefully visit the store during week days. Customer service is not good. The workers are maximum person's comes from North India so we can't explain my expectations. Don't interact casually to sales person. So administration consider this matter. Popular branded items not available here like Ramraj and Minister white and so on. But near to bus stand good atmosphere.
A very famous textiles shop. Selling clothes and dresses for kids , boys, girls, women and men. A variety of designs and quality of garments available. Now aadi offer is going on. Apart from clothes you can purchase other home need textile products like pillows, pillow covers, beds , bed cover, bedsheets, carpets, screens etc.
Chennai Silk Customer Service was very prompt. Any time of the day or week there will be some one answering your questions. They have the ability to take the payment in Rupees or US Dollars. I find it very convenient. But the most important aspect is their honesty in transactions. The Rupee to Dollar exchange rate was off by 0.2 Rupees only. I have seen merchants offering exchange rates that was off by 25 Rupees!
The free delivery offer really sweetened the deal. To top it, it was delivered to USA in 3 days flat. But the best part was when my wife said, ooooh, these are good Sarees.
