One staff lady in the saree section, a middle old woman, told us about the gift voucher that is valid if we shop for more than 5k. She was the one who brought in front all the buy 2 get some off sarees and we bought a pair of sarees we liked and purchased for 4100. We chose to purchase for other 900 also and we were okay since the voucher was equal to Rs.2500 gift pack. Later, people in the gift section told us clearly that we will not get any gift vouchers for discount set sarees and showed us the voucher also. But the idiot lady insisted on getting those sarees and mentioned wrongly about the voucher. We went back to confront her and as soon as we asked that why she lied, she let her face down by saying, 'han ama, na Sola marandhuten, sorry' and she was giving a sarcastic smile knowing everything. If I were able to report that lady to someone I would do.. The brand is really working hard and they're having good collections also. But because of these foolish idiotic staff, the whole brand or branch will suffer. It happened twice yesterday as we witnessed someone else also facing the same issue. The management needs to take strict actions on these staff otherwise you will lose customers. And the same lady when I picked up 4 sarees and rejected 2 since I didn't like, she was so judgemental enough to show me faces and she stopped showing collections from that. It's the customers decision to buy and choose sarees or dresses of our own. We would buy even 1 and the staff should work on it. The lady is getting a salary only because of the customers. Stupid illiterate.

Hi , Last October 1 I was purchased new dress for my weeding. Collection are good. Staff are treated well. I appreciate you given chair for all the staffs. After completing purchase came outside. One young lady ( she also came for purchase) she feed milk to her children on the stores steps. It's so upset why you people's couldn't make the room for Lactation rooms. Please given some private space for Motherhood. Thank you.

Huge shop at the heart of the city. Varieties of sarees and dress materials are huge-- you can find things of your choice from a very wide price range. Sales girls were very polite and really helpful, and were eager to help whenever we asked for anything. The only thing that needs to be improved on is parking management for four-wheelers.

Staff are excellent, collections are great. Parking is limited but hassle free on working days. Price is also reasonable

Worst customer service experience. This sales man was showing saree and when a new customer came he just moved silently Many be their is a shortage in sales persons. Finally we left the place after waiting sometime. And had an awesome purchase in Pothys, which has an actively working group.

An excellent place for purchasing muhurtha sarees,visited Chennai silks at sharp 10am for engagement saree which is located at first floor. The reception of the staffs were extraordinary. The person who showed us the sarees,definitely needs a star. He showed the sarees very politely and patiently. We saw many number of sarees and selected one,each and every staffs needs an appreciation. There is a huge car parking space at basement ,and also a well maintained restroom at 3rd floor. Will purchase saree for marriage also. Card payments and UPI accepted.
