Ample parking space available in basement. Pant alteration (height) was done within 15 minutes. Elite section having multiple options for men, women and kids. Staffs are kind and helpful. Some of the products are pricey though. For anything to shop for immediate use, this is one of the best place in Madurai.

Good store in the neighborhood where u can get most of the items one single roof. Price are very reasonable and staffs are very helpful. They have escalator and elevator.

There is wide range of collections...but the price is comparatively not cheap to other stores in Madurai . It doesn't give a very good 1st impression. The display of products here is not so welcoming. Worth making a visit not suitable for last minute shopping like I did .Aadi offer is available only on selective products.

Varieties are good. I feel price is reasonable and discounts are available in some products. Supportive staff in all sections. I purchased for my son and daughter and I am satisfied with the collections. Quality of clothes are good. Parking facility available for 2 and 4 wheeler. 3/4 varieties for gents are good and wide collection. Super market also available inside store.

A day before we visited here Best for family shopping with lot of designs available. Nice and friendly staff. Products pricing are comfortable for all and I think there is a discount going for Diwali make use of it. Parking also available.

Worst Purchasing Experience that I ever had. The Staff over there come with us wherever we go and after the Trial if we don't like the Dress, they are questioning us repeatedly om why we don't like the dress. They also try to show us every other section even after we say we don't need it. Also, the quality & variety of the collection needs to be improved. Staff behaviour and Dresses used to be so good earlier. Can't believe it went down so much.

If you spend one hour for selection of dress materials you have to wait more than two hours for paying the bills. The Management should understand the value of time of the customers and try to dispose them off once their job is done. In short, the Management should deploy more men to the cash/card counters. Last week I had a bitter experience which made me to write this comment.

In my opinion prices can be made more affordable since their market is wide.. place is awesome... Good customer service... I would say some flaws in material or product quality... Service is good.. Overall they didn't meet the brand value or the level of satisfaction a customer would expect...
