Be aware while buying gold with them. Be cautious while exchanging old gold. Do not Exchange if u r old gold doesn't t have 22 carat. They are making money in old gold. I exchanged my old gold there which is having 21.7Carat instead of 22Carat. They gave only 90% of the value by reducing exchange value by 10% as it is less than 22Crt. I refused to give them old gold and checked with GRT & Malabar. Both gave me the exchange value of 96% for 21.7 carat where as Chennai shopping mall jewellers are giving only 90% and cheating customers. Now a days most of the people are exchanging old gold while buying new gold. They are attracting customers by reducing V. A by 50% and earning more money on old gold. Be careful while exchanging old gold with them.

Pretty bad reception and looked like they do not have any zeal to showcase ... have to compromise n buy as I am in need for ear rings /(

Worst sales person, we went at 9, as soon as we entered the jewellery section the salesman said it's closed. They should give out timings somewhere in their shop.

One week ago, I purchased a chain, but the quality of the chain is the worst, and the chain is breaking when we are handling it. I don't encourage this shopping mall for jewellers. The quality is too bad. Please don't buy items here.
