I booked the room via Goibibo. I booked a deluxe ac room. We don't have an option to control the AC temperature. To get hot water we need to go down to the reception to ask him to switch on the hot water. The AC pipe was leaking and the morning when I woke up I ended up stepping my leg in cold water when I stepped from my bed because the room was full of water. Even after going down and asking him to switch on hot water the pipe was very slow and took one hour to fill one bucket. For the deluxe room and the cost they charged it's not worth booking.

Average lodging, online booking cost is higher than going direct. The walkin cost for non AC is Rs750/-. Dustbin is kept in the hallway.

Room is not great. Small cockroaches roaming. If AC works, geyser won't work and finally room service they are totally lethargic. For the money paid, it is not worthy. I hope they'll correct these in future.

Clean accommodation setup, just 5 mins walk from Gandhipuram main bus stand. They charged 700rs per day for a non AC room. The rooms were clean, the washroom could be a little better. The receptionist was helpful and quickly arranged the room. Overall a good accommodation setup for a short stay when you're travelling.

I took hourly base stay in here. For that lower cost, the room is more than enough & for my refreshment purpose, "the toilet and bath room is too clean". And the service provided is also much appreciated..

From compare with my last visit wifi was working this time. But there is problem in likage from AC. Location wise it's good but service is average. Rooms are specious. Staffs are good. During last visit they were providing complimentary break fast but this time this facility was not available even for tea you have to go outside.

Hotel was clean and near to bus stand. Staff was cooperative and well-behaved. Improvement areas: Soap was not there in bathroom.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed.They gave us a used room. I've booked for a Deluxe room but at the time of check in they said they don't have Deluxe room. The room had used towels hanging and the worst thing is there was a liquor bottle in the shelf. I went with my family and as it was late in the night couldn't move to another hotel. Bathroom was not clean. Pillow covers and bet sheet were dirty to the core. Never ever stay in this hotel. Itchy bedsheets and we all got rashes the next morning. Don't recommend to anyone at all. Please stay away.Unclean. Horrible. They say they have parking facility but it can only accommodate 2 cars and the owner has already parked cars there. As it's located in a narrow street, it's highly unlikely that you get to park in that street.
