Literally very bad experience with your showroom today wheatear you are running a showroom are rowdy bazzar. Actually Went to buy a phone with specific and perticular model we want with sale guy. Then sales guy told we don't have stock right now so got disappointed. while we are coming out sales guy started talked very rudely that we came for timepassing and doing a body shaming with our attire so i started argue with him then literally abusing me as (montherfucker) and irrespective words so we started arguing with each other then few sale guy came and calm down me and explained that he is very rude with colleague as well totally disappointed the day . The showroom manager or head of the showroom has to educate him as a basic knowledge sales person has to be patience and respect to the costumer. Don't know his name but looks fat and tall.....
This place is cool but i am giving 4 stars because I went here to get some other phone but they sell only some brands so I am giving 4 stars and then I brought a phone from this mobile shop

I was amazed by the I got served by Chennai Mobile stores staffs and in particular the service of Mr. Tharwesh Ahamed. The followups done by them and finally the packed the product well for me to send it to my daughter who is studying in Delhi Amity University. Than you Chennai Mobiles for your wonderful service.
Visited on 11 march 2023, I wanted to buy a phone for my mother, preferably Samsung brand. But the sales guy was forcing us on other brands, didn't feel comfortable, the way he tried to sell the other brands was very rude and arrogant. Definitely wouldn't recommend this showroom to any of my friends. Chennai mobiles should take the time to educate the sales person on how to talk to customers.
