Very nice property. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Clean rooms with a beautiful view. And the food is amazing. It's a kid friendly property. Location is good and peaceful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Chateau in Kasauli and was thoroughly impressed by the stunning views, delicious food, and overall ambiance. The hotel itself was fantastic, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The majority of the staff were courteous and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. However, I must mention that our interaction with Mr. Virender from the Food department was disappointing. His lack of customer service skills and rude demeanor was a letdown. We faced multiple issues when trying to place food orders over the phone with him, and eventually, we had to resort to ordering at the reception desk due to his unprofessional attitude. It's disheartening to see such a dedicated team let down by the behavior of a single staff member. Despite this, I commend the rest of the staff for their excellent service and responsiveness to our needs. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to ensure that every guest has a consistently positive experience. With improvements in this area, Hotel Chateau could easily be a top-tier destination for travelers.

Located in the heart of Kasauli, this hotel brings you the best hospitality and charismatic views of the hillside valley and beautifully developed landscape. Relatively a newly constructed property with a scenic view while you dine in at their restaurant. Food served is absolutely delicious which adds 5 stars to this lovely accommodation. Highly recommended stay when you visiting Kasauli for your friends and family. Also you can arrange events on the rooftop facility and when it's raining you can have the banquet hall for your events and celebrations.

We had stopped here while on the way to Kasauli. Luxury Look and feel. Awesome dining area. Food is excellent and equally tasy. Hope to visit this place again.

Good location, new property. Kasauli market is just 10 mins. Food cost is on higher side at hotel. Otherwise all good, enjoyed .
