The Chariot Resort & Spa - Resort hotel in Puri, Sipasurubili - Puri, India

The overall experience was too good. The service of hotel was awesome. We had a small baby with us and we requested the chef to make a baby food and he happily made that. The only problem is the pricing of the food. It is too damn costly. Example 2 boiled eggs will cost around Rs185 and simple daal khichdi will cost Rs300. If they could have reasonable prices of the food I would have given 5 stars

""Beautiful stay! Chariot Resort is a perfect place to stay in puri . It is close to sea view. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The Resort team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Chariot again. The price performance ratio is very good."

4km away from the temple and sea beach. Unless you have your own vehicle it will cost 350 by auto one way. Rooms are decent, but not the best. Did not find good value for money.

Very nice resort near to beach in Jagganath Puri I stayed there with my colleagues was there for a business conference. Rooms are clean and spacious services are good .The garden is well maintained.very nice view of garden from room There restaurant service is outstanding and food is very good. It's very near to beach you can reach beach on walkable distance nice experience.

This resort is so disappointing that I dont even feel like giving even 1. Service is really very very bad, staff too was slow and disappointing, zero cleanliness, things in room were broken, overly priced resort, staff was ringing door bell at 1am when we were sleeping, ordered tea at 12:00 and received at 1am, rooms were stinking, swimming pool too was dirty even the lamps in the room were so dirty and even on telling them to clean it they didn't do it. Please do not go to this property in odisha it's better to live in dharamshala even the dharamshala would have been better. Really disappointed with the resort.

The resort is very good and well hygine maintained.. Location is very good .. Behind of this resort the beach and seta is there.. Overall very good..

We had a wedding in this resort and the management was so horrible! The rooms were so untidy , no AC's were working properly , washrooms were so horrible. The food was so pathetic, they were serving cold food and being a vegetarian they served non veg to some of our guests. There were loadshedding all the time and they don't even have a power back up during the summer time we all suffered a lot. We had a worst experience as our guests were complaining and we were so ashamed. I would recommend to never visit this place for any functions or wedding rather organise a function anywere rather than this ! They will make you fool ! And you will regret later like we regret now ! Sharing a positive opinion hope this will be helpful for all !

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay.To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nightmare. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn't working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the ***agement prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!
