The Charcoal Bay - Restaurant in Edappal - Malappuram, India

Better than expected from the outlook. The Fish steak and cheesy chicken nuggets were really good.

The food is average. The tables were not cleaned properly. They were sticky. We switched a few table but all were same. Finally we asked someone to clean a table for us. The food is over price d but not tasty. Atmosphere is also too loud always. I even get a piece of chicken which wasn't cooked properly.

A choice if any one need a different taste, here... they have variety food culture.

Charcoal bay is a chain restaurant started in malappuram districts. Opposite of govindha cinemas edapal I visited there 5-6 times Self service. Took some time to get your charcoal things The red color chammandi is mouth watering. They will give you a remote after your order It will vibrate when the order is ready In the mean time you can have juices and shakes from a nearest shop (part of charcol bay) Called smoothie bay. After or before charcol you should try smoothie bay things Smoothie bay is pocket friendly and yummy juices are providing. If there is a crowd in charcol bay dont go if you want to save time. The restaurant is situated in Kuttipuram Thrissur highway, opposite to Govinda Cinema's. The food was good, they have different types of BBQ's. Good to dine with friends and family. Request to the management: Please keep the tables clean, the tables were sticky after cleaning also.

Its an amazing place for the fooding ... Everyone should visit and i agree you will definitely love so much there and the foods they served... Its a nice place for dining with groups or with Family or as Single . Nice parking structure with outdoorsitting and upstairs .... Its a self serving restaurant . I got a little discomfort about that becouse ordering foods on the behalf of your eating will took a little discomfort... But the foods of them are really lovely and tasty and a little different.. The prices are very low compared to the hotels and restaurants... The arrangements and the seatings are all appreciable and comfortable... Absolutely cheating. The attached photos are what they called mixed tikkas. With family on the way to ernakulam from calicut we stopped for dinner. My boys are die hard chicken fans. With such premium pricing they served waste check pieces nothing but bones. If you give a close look at the pictures you can make out that all these pieces we attempted to extract some chicken meat and failed miserably. They took money in advance as the hotel is self service. When complained to the manager. He just walked away with lot of attitude. A hotel near the highway not worried about daily customers. With lot of lights vanities they can attract travellers daily... Boneless small pieces of chicken is called tikka. But what was served is waste pieces of chicken which is again half cooked. Staff with attitude. Wasted 1000 bucks and came out empty stomach with family.
