The Charcoal Bay - Restaurant in Puthanathani - Malappuram, India

The last time we went here,the food was just average.I Don't remember exactly what it was but i took a photo. The fillings tasted so bad that I barely ate it.Also the chilly soda my sister ordered was so salty.

A great ambience, friendly staff with some curated yummy dishes. The self service setup and ample sitting arrangement can accommodate large crowd at a time. The Charcoal Bay has party hall on the top floor. They also allows take away if you order through phone.

Poor experience with this restaurant. First of all food was good and grilled chicken was delicious. But their service is very disgusting. Wash rooms are not well clean. We had took parcel also from there. Even after several reminders they forgot to put side dishes. Like mayonnaise and chilli chutney etc..They need to improve their service and hygiene in restaurant. For food should give 5 rating.

Super and tasty chicken. Parking area and dining area. Unfortunately no table service. That's disappointing fact. Also take more time for ordering and delivery. Self serving mode

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming , I enjoyed every single bite of the Grill Chicken The Charcol Bay Special aChips are one of my favourites.Love this place and will continue to visit.

Me and my friends visited and it was a wonderful experience...I never ate such a grilled fish in my life . Every spices are tasty also . And service also good

Tried 3 types of Al faham, was good and reasonably priced also.. But Mojito's were a disaster...

It is self service dine place. It has veriety of fish barbeque, chicken tikka Nd al faham charcoal grill, chicken wings only grill etc all juicy and delicious clean food. The side dish you get with any grill is only khuboos or smoked rice .you can order at counter and can sit down stairs or upstairs which is non AC..but being for dinner it was cool. Wait till your number being called out you Nd pick up the food..variety of juices shakes are also ther which is good . Has plenty of parking. .good toilets. Good ambience. Good staff. .it is every worth deviating from main highway on your trip. .it would have been a big hit if it was on the main highway.......
