Excellent Hotel with very good hospitality, all staff boys are very good very polite and always ready for any kind of help or work. In spite of diwali festival and over crowded hotel but very quick n fast service. I was there from 12/11/23 to 15/11/23 with family and we really enjoyed and I would 100% recommended this hotel. Try for tent house which enhance your stay with more comfortable and privacy.
I stayed for a day and half. Awesome experience. They have some basic rooms which are old style and not renovated which I would say a little down side but when you talk about premium rooms, they are just awesome. I had breakfast as well which is good. The staff at reception and also in restaurant was very helpful. Hotel has spa as well in premises which is not so great but not bad either, therapist was good at job which made up for missing attached bath to the oil massage room.
A centrally located hotel that for us was a home away from home. Excellent North Indian food, clean and spacious room, and warm hospitable staff. We felt extremely comfortable. Every major city attraction is within 5 to 6 kms distance which is very convenient. Highly recommended if you are visiting Bangalore
This hotel is one I'd definitely stay at again. It's a 4-star hotel, but it's much better than many 5-star hotels I've been to. The rooms are comfortable with modern tech which would be ideal for any business travellers. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Priya at the front desk is always friendly and greets with a smile. Another major plus is they have fair prices at their restaurant. Unlike many hotels, they don't take advantage of their captive guests by overcharging on food and water. Bravo for good management and fair pricing!
The rooms were nice though I would have preferred one's in the newer wing. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. We got a fab rate on the rooms so can't complain on the quality which would be 5 stars the staff which was super helpful
