Seeing all the hype I went there, tried to order cold stuff but the guy in the store first told me its not available when I asked why he said its not available he said they don't have time to make it, if they don't have time to do the one job they have there why they run such a shop. Wide variety of tasty snacks and tea. Must try. Ample parking space as well. Never miss the snacks kilikkoodu and Irachi pathiri.
The place used to have that vibe which made you go for a tea but today it gave a negative vibe. 90% Teas on the menu is unavailable due to multiple reasons and being a 'Chai Wallah' franchisee, this outlet never had the 'Chai Wallah' Blend' from Day 1. By the premium price I'm paying for a tea I expect the tea to be served in a proper glass instead of papercup. Was a good place now doesn't worth it unless the improve the service.
Cold beverages are not that great, but hot ones are mostly good. - Not enough seats available. You might have to stand and wait for long to get your drinks if you go as a group. - Heard snacks are good; but they get over by evening itself. - Shop opens by noon only! - And closes at 9PM; a lill too early i would say for this kind of a shop. Giving 4 stars now as its the first; and still only one of its kind in Mavelikkara!
