I stayed at Centrepoint for 6 nights. The location is perfect. Rooms are good. The food is delicious. Their hospitality and service was beyond my expectations. Every one in the staff was prompt and very responsive to each of my request even beyond hotel amenities. Asma (really sweet girl at the reception) went above and beyond to get me first aid to heal a small wound I had during my trip I would definitely stay here during my next trip. A pleasant stay!

I had a short stay here and found the services very prompt and responsive to our queries. I had a special requirement for my room and despite late check in the front desk team arranged for it. Food was average except for the tandoori items which tasted really good. Good in room services and decent liquor option as well. Breakfast was really good and loved the dosa and eggs. Again to call out the staff were really courteous and very prompt.
Rooms - are clean, very well maintained, however it might be suitable for maximum 2 people. If you are 2 people with a kid, you might require a little bit bigger room.
Staff - very good service, attentive staff and they listen to everything.

Had booked the hotel for my friends for my wedding. The hotel is great with clean rooms and good food. Also the service is prompt and ashvin is great at handling any request that you have. He is always there to assist you and ensures great service.
