The Centre Point Shillong - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

We stayed here 2 days .Very neat and clean Room .Restaurant is providing amazing food. Restaurant manager and cook went extra miles to provide us the food we wanted. I liked continental food very much here. Breakfast has lot of options as well.

I stayed along with my family on 20th October to 23rd October 2023 during Durga puja vacation. Hotel requires major renovation specially bed and mattress. This is not at all comfortable. Need to replace immediately. Bathrooms condition is very bad. It is not at all spacious and poor drainage system. No exhaust in the washroom. Ceiling fans are not working properly as it is very old. Need replacement. The hotel rent is very high but facilities they offer are not at all satisfactory. It is surprising that they do not offer newspaper in the room. Management should install soundproof windows as it is situated near the bus stop. Due to lack of maintenance, birds, rats are allowed to enter in the upper part of windows and they make noise during night. Your sleep will be disturbed. However, the front desk people are friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Ward's lake is very nearby and you can walk there. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, I would love to visit this place again for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Center Point Shillong and it was an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the service was always friendly and accommodating, and the food in the restaurant was delectable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Shillong.

Shillong revolves around this location, so to speak. It is completely packed! Both on the weekends and throughout the workweek, we visited this place! There was no disappointment in the turnout; the weekend had somewhat more people and less traffic. However, we had a fair amount of success parking our two-wheeler here. There aren't many street sellers, but we filled up on some delectable cuisine as well.

Hotel is pretty old, requires renovation. Bed and mattress are worn out, not at all comfortable. Spent sleepless night. We complained to the hotel manager, saldy no action was taken saying that the hotel is fully occupied. No exhaust in the washroom. We selected MAP plan, the dinner buffet was not at all satisfactory, we complained to the manager, again no action was taken. I think the hotel is taking the customers for granted due to limited availability of better options. Not a good practice. Not recommended.

The luxurious hotel in the centre of Shillong at affordable price. The views, facilities, amenities, hospitality are at the utmost wonderful . Very much liked to stay here for two days with family. Wonderful experience really. My kids enjoyed the time at most awesome. Thanks the Centre Point for this unforgettable memories
