I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Their gesture of upgrading my room from executive to deluxe was truly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the best customer experience, making my stay memorable. The deluxe room was luxurious, and the attention to detail in service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

A perfect hotel in budget. Had stayed for one day in Nov 2023. Goods 1. Rooms : They upgraded us to bigger rooms since we have 2 small kids , and the rooms was very good. 2. Restaurant : It is on little expensive side but still the taste and service compensates for it. 3. Location : Located on main road with good connectivity from railway station. 4. Staff : they were really nice and smiled whenever see us (not the fake one) 5. Value for money : Everything comes down to what you pay and what you get and I felt we got everything we paid for , Rs 4500 (without breakfast) was a good deal for upgraded room) Bads 1. In Room services charge : They charge 50 for 20 rupees water bottle. 2. Non operational Pool : Pool was not working when we went so it was a down.

Its a perfect hotel for the perfect stay, location is very perfect to all the travellers and for the business stays. Breakfast is good when comparing other nearby residencies. Good to go. I didn't used any services during my stay, so i have given 5 ratings.

Decent 3 star hotel right in Thampanoor.. Good friendly staff. Clean rooms and linen. Restaurant offers a decent selection of options for breakfast. Good value.

This place was my test centre for one of my examination.There was a male staff( I'm not sure whether he's a staff or not)in the ladies toilet. I was quite surprised to see him inside. But since I was in a rush,as my exams were about to start I couldn't do anything about it. After using the washroom when I came out he was not there. I was really shocked to find a male person inside the ladies toilet. Also, the hotel staff and security guard made us stand in the hot sun outside the hotel before our exams even though they had a big reception room. As it was our exam centre it's their responsibility to find a seating area for the candidates.Overall my experience was horrible. The staffs are irresponsible and ignorant.

we stayed in Central residency for 2 days. Even if we booked the base category, they voluntarily upgraded the room category to next level. Rooms were spacious and had sofa, table & chair. Hotel is located in the main location which had easy access to railway station, temple, secretariat etc

Had Onasadya as take-away from the restaurant. The food was average in quality, less in quantity and multiple dishes were not provided. It was not worth paying 599 Rs/lunch for such a bad experience. When contacted to inform them that dishes were not there, there was no response - shows their service mindset too! Not a good choice for food if you wish to avoid another bad experience.

We stayed there for 1 night. The room was spacious, neat and clean and with all the modern amenities. Bathroom was super clean with segregated shower and toilet areas by a glass partion. Food was amazing though a bit expensive. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Service was very good and responsive and staff was very helpful. Overall a very good and comfortable stay and would definitely like to recommend this to all.
