We had a dinner party for about 35 people, to celebrate an event. We got a room with an adjoining open terrace with a bar on one side. We also hired three double rooms for the overnight stay of some guests who had come to Pune for the event. We had quite a few meetings with the hotel personnel about our requirements for the party as well as the food and everything was done as we had discussed. All the hotel personnel were helpful and co-operative throught the process, before & during the event. The Central Park is rated as a 3 star hotel. I have given a 5 star rating for our experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite booking in advance, the initial room didn't have the amenities I had reserved, including a double bed to be specific, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Dealing with the front desk was a hassle, but the manager eventually upgraded me for the night while I waited for my booked room. The upgrade came with its own set of problems; there were no bath towels, and the room was constantly disturbed by loud construction or renovation noises. It took three phone calls just to get the towels I needed. To make matters worse, the second room they provided had a broken door handle, which was only fixed after I was given the room. The one redeeming aspect of my stay was the food, which was satisfactory. However, the overall experience fell far short of justifying the price I paid. The combination of room issues, poor service, and disruptions made this stay less than enjoyable. I would advise considering other options before booking here.

Recently, we hosted our reception dinner party. We were given complementary changing rooms (one for bride, another for groom). The waiters did a fantastic job to take care of all the guests and specially of us (the couple of the day) to make sure we are well fed, both beverage and snacks. The best of all was when the guests appreciated the dinner spread. The chef adds on another dish to complement our choice to give it the prefect variety and they do it for every food category (starters, mains, live counter, desserts). Our relatives even complained that they were confused, what to eat and what not to...and the moment of it all was when a colleague said - this dinner will be remembered through history. Thank you, to the staff, the waiters and specially the cook for making our event so special. Agree, they are on the costlier side but it are worth. They definitely made it grand. I will always recommend them.

In photos it's showing Roof Top Restaurant available, but currently Pool and Restaurant Both are Unavailable. Bath Tub are very Small and all rooms don't have Tubs, Room Service are Good. Location is Convinient. Prices are Little High as compared to the Rooms and services provided.

We stayed there for 2 days and 2 nights and we were satisfied and happy with it. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The rooms were pleasant and nice. We had an interconnecting room and we were happy with it. The breakfast spread was also very tasty.

Traveled on an official trip. The reception and front desk were excellent. Welcome drink offered. Rooms were clean, linen and toilets too. A welcome tray of snacks awaited to tantalize your taste buds. The restaurant was enough with an excellent spread. The menu was changed daily to avoid monotony. The staff attitude was excellent. The only drawback was inadequate replacement of toiletries and detailed daily cleaning routine. The swimming pool was a small one I guess to check off the availability of the facility. I left a pair of socks by mistake on my departure which they could have informed by call and I could have picked up but realised once I returned home.
