The Central Court Hotel - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

The Rooms are kept clean properly. First Day the room was good, but we had bathroom shower problem. The Next evening their change the room, but also when we tell them to clean the room, they won't clean properly. After coming back to room in the Evening, I saw one of the corner was not clean. The Room Service was worst. We should keep on calling the room service. They should improve a lot in the logging and even free breakfast was not so good. Some items was salty and some were raw.

I stayed on business trip from 1 Nov'23 to 3 Nov'23 1.They are not distinguishing between smoking and non-smoking rooms. So, there is lot of smell of smoke for non-smoking person 2. There are cockroaches in the room. Those are roaming around. 3. The bed sheets, towels are not cleaned upto the mark. 4. Food was great. 5. Location is very convenient.

If someone wants to punish himself then feel free to book this hotel and I mean by all aspects of accomodation. Dirty rooms... pathetic condition...rude staff and what not..... We stayed for 2 nights only and during this we had to shift in 3 different room after having intense arguments with the staff yet we did not found a decently ventilated rooms as AC system of entire Hotel is in not working State....and also the bedding and towels are they kept very old of poor quality.... About food....we had see may cockroaches roaming around yourself whether it is in bathroom, bed or food plates ...they were literally every where....and hotel staff was pretty familiar with them Still if you have courage and will to test your patience level then go ahead and book this hotel. All the best you all ...

Worst hotel experience ever. The staff is extremely rude. mohammad khan at front desk is nothing short of unprofessional. I called out his rudeness and mentioned this is not how you're supposed to speak to guests and he surprisingly replied and said that this is how it happens here in this hotel. 0 hospitality. This person should be fired from the hotel. The management should look into his behaviour and make sure he's not allowed to stand at the front desk. Just horrendous. Checked me into a dirty room and had the audacity to say , that i was hurrying hence sent you to a dirty room. Annoying experience.

Good staff and best location, 4-5 places to visit in Hyderabad are near to this location. The metro station is right there just outside the hotel gate. That's one drawback as well as you hear the sound of road in the room

One of the worst hotels, We had training for 2 days we were continually requesting that put on the AC what is available here. We are getting suffocated. But no support from the hotel staff team. They used to say yes but no support. The food that they serve contains huge no of cockroaches flowing nearby, because of which we may fall sick. They fought with us by stating that they did not have them, even after seeing the cockroaches in front of their eye. They had a huge no of cockroaches in the room where we were staying as well. I will not recommend anyone about this hotel...... It is very unprofessional that they could not understand the safety and hygiene of their clients who visit them.....

Please avoid. The management team is least bothered. The hotel needs maintenance, pest control and intensive cleaning. Mosquitoes and cockroaches everywhere. There were used bedsheets and linen full of lint. The mattress was so worn out that I could feel the coils.We kept asking for a change but they kept giving us similar sheets. The electric kettle was either dirty or not working whenever changed. Used glasses and cups never cleaned. A very bad experience. The staff is good but they can't help if the management does not provides them new bedding and kettles.

Well located centrally for a tourist visiting Hyderabad but the Restaurants don't have warm water to drink. Aparantly they don't have kettles in their kitchen. The buffet servers have such stone faces that one feels like thinking twice before asking for anything. Found some cockroaches trudging along the room but not a great menace as such over the 3 nights I stayed. Housekeeping as well as room service was good and prompt.
