The Celebration Van Vilas, Kanha - Hotel in Mocha - Mandla, India

Its is a Jungle Theme resort. Managers and Front office staff is good. Need to train the Housekeeping. Rest everything was good. Food Quality is of High standards with good Menu Selection.

The Celebration Vanvillas Kanha was very nice experience during my stay and lovely atmosphere, the services was good,even food is nice .Staffs are obedient, They hv help us to arranged for safari booking, nicely arranged breakfast in gypsy and the driver and guide were also nice. The hotel is very nice for a friends visit. The food is super delicious and there are so many activities for the children too. The services are also very fast and people are very friendly. The rooms are also very nice. Overall this a very good hotel for relaxation.

Celebration, no mention it sadness there is nothing to celebrate about. Let's start with the service we had booked a complete resort for a destination wedding. The event was managed by a third party vendor. Points to consider 1 The hotel staff gave us the room at 5:30 pm, as he mentioned that there was cleaning going on, it took him three hours to clean the room, we were at the hotel at 2:30 pm ist and we're chasing him for the rooms. Surprisingly I questioned that it should not take that long to clean a room so I took a flying boat to the room and found the room was getting cleaned and was just whitewashed. By this time I knew what happens and went back to the reception, asked him to give me an actual reason. He said your guests were staying in the room that was allotted to you and messed up. By the way her lied 2. No management, the staff doesn't even know that the room keys are missing and I found the room key of 202 lying in 105 to keep the power on 3. Talking about power there was a complete blackout from 7 pm till 9:30 pm and we had to get ready in our mobile phone torches. Imagine no back up for 3 hours are you kidding me, ruined the evening aswell 4. It's 00.45 and I have called the staff almost 100 times to fix my ac in the room and no one is responsible. The solution they gave is the electricity is running on generator so no Ac's. Then why are we paying a premium of 4 star property 5. The housekeeping doesn't know that there are no hand washes and tooth pastes in the bathroom Guys why are you spooling your name and our events. Very in appropriate hospitality with no accountability, I am shocked Signing with a heavy heart Navdeep

I am very happy to visit The Celebration Van Vilas, Kanha. The hospitality I received was very friendly. I stayed for 3 days, but didn't got repeated menu for lunch/dinner. Management is very good. Every single staff is trained to behave nicely with the customers. Reason for 4 star is, since the premises is one of the oldest property in this area, the setup is accordingly to old requirements. ex, either you can boil water or watch tv or you can use bed lamp or charge your phone at one time. Overall my experience was very nice and would recommend this place for your comfort stay.

Awesome!!! Everything here is so perfect Ambience staff food hospiality all are superb Package is with all meals & trust me u wont be disappointed at all with the food they arrange,perfect taste,selected but tasty menu,special mention about chapatis they serve ( fresh n hot each n evey time we had meals )..play zone,pool,indoor activity area are well maintained .. Rooms are typical jungle look rooms with traditional touch... Overall stay was superb n worth Will surely visit again...

Our experience with the celebration was very nice. Everything, being it room, service and food, everything was perfect. They make safari booking, breakfast arrangements in safari very nicely, the gypsy and the driver were also nice. Staff was very polite and nice. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

room was very pathetic by paying hefty room tarrif for the suite. service are pathetic. room are very old with pests very old fixtures. no fridge in the room .. non working of ac.. not proper outdoor activities in places. un hyginc ambience of lobby , room Indoor play area. only food is good kitchen staff is cooperative .. rest all worst experience. never go for such resorts unless it's not get renovated and made it value for money.
