The service was amazing, we stayed during the curfew period at the hotel. The day we came was the day the curfew was up. Even then, the hospitality was flawless. When we were the only guests, they still maintained a professional work ethic. Edit: The rooms were very clean and spacious and if any need arises, it was quickly taken care of.
The best hotel in this category! It is located centrally . Right from reception and to service...You are always welcomed with Smiling face ! The first impression is the last impression! Rahul & Radha have welcomed us and brife us very well. The room, chairs & all eating accessories were look like as Gold plated. The service at restaurant was quick and with smile. Quality of food was excellent. The Chef came personally and asks us about our food choice as well as recommended some local dishes to enjoy....Room, bed and bathroom are spacious, neat and clean. The hotel is 10min away from main market, located just opp of Govindji temple. Its a peaceful place. And what to say about there service! The staffs are very well behaved, helpful and trustworthy. Every day we were going out for day trips, we handed over the room keys to them. They used to clean up the room and organized our clothes too. It was my best experience in Manipur. I was feeling sad while checking out from the hotel. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.
This review is on the Castle Hotel's Restaurant . The cafeteria is a large spacious hall situated at first floor. Their is another dinning hall at ground floor also. We tried traditional style chicken curry, its taste was on point. The Black Rice kheer was aromatic and tasty. The service staff was also helpful. Overall a great experience.
It was the best hotel ever I have stayed in Imphal since 2011. Excellent rooms, excellent washrooms, excellent staff and out of the world heavenly food
I haven't been there; But yes, the place looks super good and the hotel's restaurant services looks splendid as you see it from outside through their glass wall as you get stuck in traffic because their guests double-parked on the small road and the hotel's water supply truck stayed parked right in the middle of the road.
Great location near GOVINDAJEE TEMPLE. Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, always smiling, and helpful.. will definitely stay again, and recommend it to others...
Never thought i would stay at a hotel in my own homeland but due to certain circumstances i had to, and i am so glad that i chose this hotel. The staff members are so polite and well mannered . The food is great too, well balanced meals and evening snacks were delicious. The rooms are well maintained, cozy and comfortable. The view from my room (210)has to be the best. .
