The Carlton - Hotel in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at The Carlton. Their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

This hotel is situated in a prime location, right in front of the picturesque Kodaikanal Lake. This location provides guests with direct access to the lake, allowing for a serene and tranquil experience. The hotel offers a variety of room types, with a majority of them featuring stunning views of the lake. Waking up to the morning vibes in front of the lake is truly an awesome experience. The panoramic view of the lake, both from the rooms and the hotel, is simply breathtaking. The hotel has done a wonderful job of maintaining the surroundings, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests to enjoy. When it comes to dining, the hotel provides a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spread offered is quite extensive, providing a wide range of options for guests. While the food is generally tasty, it may not be exceptional. However, it still manages to satisfy most palates. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an issue with the water from the shower and pipes. It contained a considerable amount of charcoal-like dust particles, which was unexpected and not up to par with the overall experience. Overall, despite the minor setback with the water, my stay at The Carlton Kodaikanal was awesome. The hotel's stunning location, with its direct access to the lake, and the beautiful views it offers, made for a memorable experience. Additionally, the buffet meals, although not outstanding, were still enjoyable

We went to this beautiful serene property on Sunday for a lunch .. it was my husband's birthday.. they really made him feel special as the staffs were cordial,warm and welcoming . They did a cute decor on our table and the cake tasted fabulous... thank you so much for making our day really spl .. Carlton Kodaikanal's hospitality has always been the best ...

Had a great stay here with my family!!! The service and hospitality is so good and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. All the tourist spots are very nearby to this hotel. Overall we had a excellent experience . Thanks to the team for providing very good stay to the customers. Special mention to Mr. Senrayan for his excellent service.

We went there for dinner. The service there was excellent. Food except for desserts were good. They could have had better options for desserts.

Beautiful property, clean, hygienic rooms and best location bang on the kodai lake. Staff are super friendly and Mr. Anand front desk supervisor was very helpful. Rooms have fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff maintained our room very well. Would highly recommend staying here if u visit Kodaikanal. Thank you team at Carlton hotel for making our stay so memorable!

Great location by the lake, excellent facility, clean and pristine. To top it all the service and hospitality was outstanding . There were many folks that were very courtesy and helpful, but a special shout out to Muthu Vel at the restaurant. He was always on the lookout to make our dining experience memorable, his attention to detail and an attitude of servitude is to be commended. To the management team, keep up the good work, you have an amazing staff,, we will be visiting your facility more often. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
