Hi everyone, who are planning to get a car from this dealership, beware! Please read this review through. This is located in Agra and I was following up with them of their online advertisement of 2021, Hyundai i20 Nline car. They assured me in every possible way that the car is in immaculate condition and took refundable deposit of 5000 INR to hold the car which I was not sure of as I had not seen the car. I stay in Noida and travelled 200 kms to see the car and it was not in a very good condition, the rear bumper was broken, the left tail light was broken, the roof had dents, the A-pillar had small dents, The engine cover underneath was broken. Really a waste of a day where myself and my wife travelled with the plan that we will close the deal and bring the car home. Took estimate from Hyundai, total was coming to 45K, plus the car had jerks when picking on D1(Automatic), got that checked and saw that only in 20,000 kms the DCT was worn off by 35%. their seller raj kumar is full of arrogance and everything according to him is a minor damage, then I asked him which car does he drive seeing his confidence, came to know he rides a motorcyle, very well then it assured me of his casual attitude. Anyway the owner was courteous to return the refund, but it was a waste of almost 7-8 hours of the day(4 hours travel) 3 hours at dealership between Hyundai and the car mall. All i can say is please do your homework before you buy a car from this dealer.

Wrost experience... They temper with the meter. I got a petrol car from them is the biggest regret. They claimed mileage of 17-18km/lit but instead I got 7-8km/lit. At first they treat you like a king.Once they hand over car to you and they got their money they started to treat you like a no one. Avoid purchasing from here. Otherwise you are own your own

Within just two days, the gearbox started malfunctioning, and after driving for less than 2000 km, the engine completely seized. Despite getting the first month servicing done from their workshop, the car's reliability was questionable from the start. Now, they are demanding a whopping 50,000 rupees for repairs. This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and betrayed as a customer. I strongly caution others against buying a car from Car Mall Agra due to their lack of quality control and disregard for customer satisfaction.
