The Car Mall - Car dealer in Delhi - Central, India

They have a good car collection but post sale service for paper work and car transfer process is worst. It's been more than 2 months I bought a car from them but till now I have not yet received the receipt as a proof that they have initiated the transfer process. On top of that they have stopped picking up my phone and least bothered to update me the status of the transfer process.

Great collection of luxury cars with a wide range of cars and very supportive staff. We got great deals from them and hassle-free paperwork. Overall, a very good first experience. The place is located at Old Rajinder Nagar New, Delhi, So it's a bit congested, and parking your vehicle is an issue there, you will have many food options nearby.

It was the second time that I got a chance to sell my car at The Car Mall. The price offered was phenomenal and I'm extremely happy with my experience. Even though I did not buy a car from them, they gave me an amazing deal on my vehicle. Mr. Amit is a brilliant person to interact with and discuss any car related queries whatsoever.

how the rating is 4 on google they are the no. 1 fraudster don't buy the car from there cheap guidance pure scammer. #people killer they collecting paid promotion and reviews and all comments by their own person.. Please don't go. Amit, shally, and Praveen is the no. 1 scammer

Absolutely pathetic experience. I had gone in to visit their showroom explore their cars and cover the experience as a feature. Upon visiting i figured that they just park these cars by the side of the road with just one shabby closet as an office. Prior to 1 day i came in and took consent to cover the same. However the repsonse on the day was too hard to digest. The owner arrogantly denied the permision after wasting our 4 hrs. Nd i realised painfully that these guys are pure thugs and dont prefer to own their word. Nd how would you buy a luxury car with them when service is everytbing. Nd to put matters worse, they even have cars which are spread across the country with paltry kilomteres that raises a sseious concern on the legitimacy of the business. To sum up if you want to buy your loved car, buy it form an organised player rather than haphazard setups like these.
