This establishment is ideally situated and carries a certain timeless charm, akin to the adage "old is gold". The interior, though once splendid, appears to have weathered the passage of time. Presently, it experiences lower occupancy, but it remains a favorable choice in my assessment. The culinary offerings are satisfactory, falling within an acceptable range. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The wooden embellishments in the rooms evoke a sense of antique craftsmanship, presenting a visually pleasing aspect. The bar section, however, could benefit from enhancements. On the whole, it affords a comfortable stay. Adequate parking facilities are available for convenience.

Attended a wedding reception here and the hall is quite spacious to hold around 250 - 300 people. There are enough parking space within the premises. The reception hall and dining hall are well maintained. The only place where I got disappointed was in the men's restroom where there is no privacy space for urinals. Other than that overall is fine

Great location if you are heading to the cricket at Chinnaswamy stadium but that is where the positives end for this review. The standards at this hotel are very poor. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the checkin to to the checkout. On leaving I was told that international credit cards could not be accepted and that I had to settle with cash!!! Unacceptable to blame your guests for your substandard electronic payment system. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bedsheets had been slept in and my room clearly had not been serviced for some time. Very poor hotel in need of a major overhaul.

I recently took the IELTS test at Capitol Hotel in Bengaluru, and I must say it was a fantastic experience overall. The hotel served as the test center for my Reading, Writing, and Listening tests, and I couldn't be happier with the facilities and services provided. First and foremost, the staff at Capitol Hotel were incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I arrived at the test center, they made sure that all the necessary arrangements were in place and that the testing environment was conducive to focus and concentration. The registration process was smooth, and they were very helpful in answering any last-minute queries I had. The testing rooms were spacious and well-lit, creating a comfortable atmosphere to take the exams. The chairs and desks were comfortable, ensuring that I didn't face any discomfort during the long duration of the tests. The hotel's quiet ambiance was perfect for the Listening section, and I could concentrate without any distractions. The technical setup for the Listening test was flawless, with high-quality audio equipment that ensured clarity in the recordings. Likewise, for the Writing test, they provided us with all the necessary materials, including answer sheets, stationary items and pens, leaving no room for stress or worries. Another aspect worth mentioning is the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located, making it easy for candidates like me to find the place without any trouble. Moreover, there were ample parking spaces available, which was a great relief for those who commuted by car. The test administrators were also very professional and strictly adhered to the official guidelines, ensuring a fair and transparent testing process for everyone. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they managed the test sessions efficiently.

Food was the worst. 2 slice of bread sandwich, sweet lassi and watermelon juice all were yak. If I had an option to give 0 I would have certainly given it. Worst experience with the food. Rooms are reasonable but too costly.

Hi all, please help me in black listing this # the capitol hotel raj hans road Bangalore. This is the very first time I m posting any review as I faced humility and mental harassment by their staff specially ms uma the sales manager and her assistant. Wish to alert you people. I went through Very pathetic experience, please do not go for corporate booking if u love your co. Image and do not want to get spoilt in front of your clients. the lady ms uma sales woman, least bothered about the services once u even pay 100% amount on demand of 50% of the deal amount. no courage to come forward and f2f apologize for poor hospitality, miscommunication , bad services and what not. I m asthematic and it triggered twice while handling these people to get my two days co. Event smooth and uma was least bothered. On top of it they raised some unexpected amount to pay and forced me to sign the bill which I did on my first day without checking i signed the bill assuming that I hv already paid 100% and this bill signing could be a formality . Day 2 after experiencing maj goof up while serving lunch to my clients I refused to sign the bill and demanded some action or an apology from the management on poor services or hospitality, uma asst ordered the front desk manager that I will not be allowed to checkout if I don't pay. After arguing for More than 3 hrs and my threat to call the police or press was also of no help and they refused to share the local police station no. Which I have rights to get. They agreed that some of the amount asked in total was a mistake but still I was forced to pay the equipment charges. I had to involve my common ref to get hold of my breath and find the solution. Thanks to my friend, ms uma asked her asst to give written apology of miscommunication from their end and send performa invoice of unexpected amount for account payment by my co. and will let me fly back To Delhi. Ms uma is still not showing courage to speak to me on poor services and give a direct apology to me on entire situation which I only demanded before signing day 2 invoice. It was not the matter of few thousands where we paid in lakhs but it was how u handle your dissatisfied client. instead u fool them by raising excess amount.

Centrally located, decent parking facility. Food and beverage served was absolutely not planned and efficient Manager. Found a staff member being rude with guests. Common rest room in unkept condition, no periodic cleaning was being done. The food tasted above average. Not to get learned staff with the right attitude

Hi ambiance was very good, room service very good but breakfast in complementary was hope less. We wear surprised have that quality of food in such hotel.
