We had a very wonderful time with capital hotel.The ambience, hospitality, food,staff courtesy, service rooms are on par with 5 star rating hotels. We cherish the excellent memories. Our guests expressed the same experience...We look forward to do many more functions in this hotel.
Overall a good experience to stay in the hotel. It is maintained well. Courteous staff. Ms. Nagamani from the house keeping staff was very approachable and helpful. The service could have been better in the restaurants, we had to wait long for our orders with multiple reminders.
Rooms are very good, neat n clean. I was attending a seminar here for two days. I stayed there in executive suits. The foods are really good in taste. Their veg dishes are better than non-veg dishes (according to me only). But overall it was a good trip here.

As a corporate company I always use to book rooms in your hotel and even for my other company friends also. Front office manager Mr. Dilip is a nice person to accommodate us . I expected the same experience in the restaurant also when my foreign delegates visited guntur I have taken them to restaurant in capital and almost we are 25 + persons and we ordered menu morning 8 AM for lunch but they served us at 2.30 PM almost we have been waited above 2 hrs for food and they are serving other than us because we I don't have other options then... Mr. Sathvik Krishna deals with us for lunch in restaurant but he was unable handle & he takes the things as granted 12.30 -2.30 he served only Soups to us in 2 hours.. Instead of eating peacefully we started to run behind him but he simply gone for order collecting form other guest. Worst service literally in restaurant .. Capital is my one of the favorite hotel in Guntur. My team felt very very bad.
Food is delicious.
