This hotel is an old one, but a good place to stay. I booked a junior suite room. The room is spacious, it is having a living room where u can have small meetings. The bedroom is neat and clean. Bathroom is spacious, hot water is more available during morning hours only. Restaurant is not functioning now. Good parking space available. The hotel is located very near to general post office, pulimmoode.
I spent 8 nights in Capital Hotel, Trivandrum for some official duty and everything was excellent. The main attraction of this Hotel is it is located at the heart of the city and at the same time quite and calm place for leisure. I could see well mannered and helpful staff throughout these days. Excellent ambiance and reception. Suitable and safe stay for families. Heartful Thanks team Capital Hotel.
hotel is an average one,got big spacious rooms...for 1900 i don't think its worth it. spacious rooms, parking facilities, easily accessible from bus stand and railway station
Very very old property since it was only a one night stay we looked for cheaper options but this wasn't even worth the price we paid. The hotel staffs themselves agreed that their hotel is under renovation. Bathroom door won't close, TV won't work, fan regulator isn't there. No hot water. It was just ok. Forgot to take photos.
Liked the service from the Management. Good rooms and other facilities. Had a small trouble with reservation, still they politely helped to sort it out. They even cared to ask me review about the place and their services. Breakfast served was a bit not okay though. Easily reachable from the railway station. Close to the Secretariat as well.
Disgusting place to stay, Worst Room Service, Worst Amenities. Water Leaking bathroom, AC wasn't working, Dirty floor and Dirty Bed, they didn't even washed the bedsheets, No drinking water provided, No Soaps or towels were provided. Even after complaining all these, they are very arrogant and charged me full for the worst service they provided. I request everyone not to visit or book this place.
A hotel now converted into OYO flagship property. Near GPO and old secretariat. Ample parking space. I've had brief stays twice. Rooms are neat, linen and towels clean. Reception courteous. Breakfast spread limited, but tasty.
The Hotel is easy accessible location and I had a comfortable stay with family. Clean Room, Good Internet Connection, A/C worked well, Very friendly and helpful staffs.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
