Hello everyone, After doing a through a research as to which gym would suit me,I finally decided to join this center,ofcourse it has many branches of it's own but the one at Gariahat,feels like home. It's been exactly 2 months since I have joined this center, what I love about this place is the training that has been given to me,the first day I met Imran sir and I thought that he would be my Personal Trainer and since that day there has been no looking back. When I joined the gym my weight was roughly around 82.4,and when I checked yesterday my weight I have lost 10 kilos so far. All thanks to Imran sir for his commitment & dedication towards his profession. His skill set and the methods he uses is very different from the rest. Thank you,TCF & Imran sir.
