Worst taste & worst output for birthday cake order... totally changed the design and letters handwriting also spoiled...don't believe and order birthday cakes
Ordered a 1/2 kg Choco truffle cake for birthday celebration with additional 100rs for decoration. But instead they sent black forest that too poor quality & taste. Not expected this for 600rs. Waste of money. Never order again in cake world.
This shop is the worst place to order cake. We waited for 30 mins to pick up cake on Sunday at 9.30 am but the shop did not open. They did not answer any of our calls. We finally got hold of them today and requested for refund but they are refusing to return the money saying we did not pick up the cake. We are planning to file a complaint with consumer court. Please save your money and order cake somewhere else.
Average interior and tables are provided to enjoy with friends. Prices are little bit costly. But varieties of cakes are available.

Worst service... I've ordered cake today by 11 am asked to deliver around 3.30 pm... But no one called me untill 3.40... I called the cake shop and asked for the delivery and they lethargically said it will be delivered in 20 mins... But the delivery person contact number is unreachable.. I keep on tried calling the shop number for asking any alternative delivery person number, I've tried calling them literally 30 times, but they didn't pick up... I was frustrated like anything... After sometime they replied me in WhatsApp, but they didn't even attend my call... Around 4.30 they delivered the cake. It was seriously a worst service. After receiving the cale I tried calling the shop number from a different number and the picked the call immediately... FRUSTRATED LIKE ANYTHING....
I have never seen a worst bakery like this.Ordered a black forest for birthday but the cake was dry and old also the name was incorrect and the cake was also got cracked. Also very worst customer service. The cake was dry and also tasteless. The cake was not worth for 1200 rs. For this they can close the shop and go. Never order cakes in this shop I wish I could give negative stars
Worst experience on 24.3.2022. 21.1.2022 I ORDERED AND BOOKED TO ..my 2nd little princess birthday CAKE BUT CAKE COLLAPSED BY Cake world kk nagar 4650/Rs PAY BY MY SBI CARD 3kgs.. BUT AFTER DELIVERY WE SAW THE CAKE not mention BABY S name and no date in cake and cake is very hard.. ITS NOT CHOCO Truffle but they sent very worst and WASTE Taste cake . VERY DISAPPOINTED AND . Totally upset.. SALEs person RADHA NOT RESPONSE ... MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE... MY CASh TOTALLY WASTE... So please don't order here. ...
