There is no negative starts to give.. worst ever experience, they spoiled my kids birthday party and Memories, The cake they delivered was damaged and the taste was very worst.Spoke with Production Manager ElanGovan , he said he would talk to gm and do the needful, but no proper response.. Please try other options opposite to this shop, worst customer service and commitment. The cake was about to be delivered at 5:30 and was not delivered untill 7:15 and then came the damaged cake.. I request people not to go here , if you wish your party to be smooth.. lots of problems at the party due to this.Worst response from the production Manager... If the customer has queries that will not be sorted out at all..
Don't try anything in this shop. We bought birthday cake from this shop. Very bad taste, non decorative, they not even know how to write the Happy Birthday letters in organised manner. Totally fed off, They spoiled our birthday mood. Didn't expect a bad experience from a branded shop.
CLOSE THIS SHOP!!! TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION. Had been to its outlet near Avadi Bus Depot today. I would want to give it a negative rating. Worst ever experience. 1st , no customer service. They don't respect the customer. VERY RUDE!! 2nd, worst service. They don't serve at all. Even to clean the unclean table they were reluctant. They don't respond to the customer. Most important, utter waste so called cakes/pastry/mousse/Frooti/puff, etc.. waste of money. Waste of health. We ordered pastries n etc.. no quality. Seemed to be a old stock. EXPIRED!!! Very hard n no taste. Spoiled my mouth n my health. Feeling like puking after having it. AND UNHYGIENIC..Yak..!!! Full of flies inside, sitting on d food items. This cake shop used to be my go to best shop but today....they disappointed me and my family with their services. They didn't get the gel icing color right, I got the cake 2 hours 30 minutes late from the estimated delivery time even though I didn't opt for delivery service and went to get the cake myself, the cake was not chill and was melted at the back a lil bit. Also the response to the customers were very slow, they took time to even answer our queries. Please upgrade your employees for a young energetic people with creative mind and the ability to understand customers request which is mostly trendy, than middle aged people who are uninterested in their work! Also I appreciate if you take this comment sincere and show it in act than taking it in your heart. If I'm wrong I'm so sorry. Take this serious!
