Today's Cage MMA and boxing experience was quite good. I learned some boxing and MMA tricks from trainer Radha Shetty. Also the gym was good one, with different excercise machinery.... Over all the fitness centre was amazing. One should join it to stay fit and fine. Additionally good trainers, who is also encouraging for do now or never is the best thing over here.

The infrastructure of this gym is really good everything is available for exercise and for building muscle of the body and for weight loss one must try MMA batch its worth for losing weight .
