Second time visiting Cafe Ranikhet and it didn't disappoint. The home made apple and banana cakes were delectable. The children seemed to have enjoyed the hot chocolate. The view and ambience is inviting.
Located bang on the main road, the Cafe has amazing ambience and interiors, it gives beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Food is satisfactory. Cakes are tasty. Service is sad, staff doesn't have pleasing personality, they show their gloomy faces instead of greeting cheerfully. . Washroom is clean. Please Note - they take only cash, no other payment mode accepted. Something which is very regressive and against the very tenets of Digital India!! Overall 3
The Cafe turned to be as beautiful as it's reviews. However, we were disappointed with the food options and quality. We went there hearing raving reviews about their Paneer Pakoras. We reached there around 5:00 pm on a rainy day but were told that they are not available. Had no choice but to go for fries and some sandwiches & burger. The owner lady was very kind in guiding appropriately on the route to take back as it was 6:00 pm by the time we left the place on a rainy day. Be cautious, they only take cash. It is a pet friendly place.
Small yet very good cafe to visit on your way. We ordered hot chocolate , bread omelette and fries everything was served quickly and hot. Service could be better , waiter was not so interested in taking orders.
The cafe is beautiful and gives 90's cafe vibes. The view sitting outside is immaculate. The service is great and homely. The fresh home baked cake is to die for. Must visit.
Located on main road this place is a complete let down. I went here thrice in my two days trip and everytime it was closed. The owner informed that it will open after 1pm but again it was closed. M glad that i just had to walk and go but I wonder if someone goes here simply search on google, they are gonna be fooled. They have good view but nothing so wow about it.
Nice cosy place enroute from Ranikhet to much Majhkhali. Unfortunately I visited this place during off season so didn't had much of options ready to be served but going by the menu it's has a good continental touch. I loved the banana cake that was available and will definitely revisit whenever I cross this place again.
Beautiful little Cafe with an amazing ambience and beautiful view... Visited this place twice during our stay in Majkhali... Loved the food... Only drawback, for me is they don't accept online payments, only cash.... But over all a good experience.
