The complimentary breakfast and dinner was the best part of the stay. Splendid buffet. Had a variety of dishes and all tasted great. The room was spacious,neat and clean. The only issue was the veg only policy. They don't allow non-veg to be consumed there.

Very nice experience, large rooms, huge property, u can easily breathe and ventilate Staff are very polite and cooperative. Services amazing. Cleanliness is very top. Value for money.

Writing this review specially for the services of hotel manager Mr Amit Salian. He has displayed exceptional communication skills and has accommodated most of our requests graciously. From food menu to finance to rooms, he has been involved in every aspect and is always accessible to help out. We experienced some unpleasant moments with the decoration department but it was promptly handled by the management team, restoring our faith in their hospitality skills. Byke Suraj Plaza Hotel experience was average. I was expecting more from Byke Hotel. Looks and feel of Rooms was not as per Payable price. Room Service at Night is very Poor. Hotel don't have a Variety in Breakfast . there breakfast cover few of Regular Indian Brekfast variety also they don't have Juice in breakfast. only One Lift is there due to this lots of time wasted in waiting. Only Veg option in Food and these dishes have average test and dish price is too high. You can get tasty food at a nearby hotel in a cheaper Rate. They will provide you Both options Veg & Nonveg with Good customer service . Staff Behavior is good but the Hotel Manager is not cooperative with the Customer. If you want to Spend good time with the family & Friends then compare it with other options . Overall my stay experience was average.

We decided to have dinner here as it's 5 minutes from our home. A BIG no for the buffet here. 1. Cold food 2. No VEG dish actually (dish with vegetables). 3. Poor dessert spread. 4. Limited spread overall 5. Staff courtesy isnt upto the mark. 6. Overall given the quality and experience, the buffet price is exorbitant. The only good thing was the actual raw veggies and stir fried veggies. Don't waste your time and money here.

Lacks in Maintenance and Upkeep of Rooms Didn't have a good experience at this hotel, it majorly lacks in the in Maintenance and Upkeep of Rooms. 1. The first room given was decent though the locker wasn't working 2. On calling the reception even after 2-3 hours there was no solution, then they tell me that sorry the lockers aren't working in any room, 3. Asked them to show me the rooms for me to check if the lockers aren't working then after half an hour they call back and tell will change you room 4. Change me to a room where the locker was working and the AC wasn't cooling 5. That again took 1-2 hours to resolve 6. They again shift me to one more room - and don't think they really check on what room is being allotted - in this room again the locker wasn't working not the AC working well enough 7. Finally they shift me to another room where the room was old though rest was working - so settled for it. 8. If you are persistent the staff will try to help or they will just try to dismiss you. Not a warm or friendly place as there was a huge reluctance to help or maybe they are aware that the condition of the room which ever they would give is not up to any standards hence why make an effort.
