This place is very bad...I saw the reviews and booked...now I realised that all the good reviews are from people known to the hotel management. The staff is not professional and are local employees who have no clue on what customer service or hotel management is . You ask as the reception for food, they will say it is available, the kitchen staff will say it's not available. Poor coordination between the staff. Rooms- poor rooms, tv doesn't work, no intercom in the room, bathroom stinks. Food- they have 10 items in their menu, they will cook only if they have stock in their kitchen. The buffet breakfast is the worst. There is no live counter. Swimming pool- not seen a dirtier pool than this ever. Finally the bill - the person at the reception said he will send the bill at the room...later when checking out...they say bill will be sent on mail..the photos in the previous reviews are from the time the hotel was newly made...as on 3rd dec 2023..I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The rooms had a very noisy AC. It was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not that good. Medu wada was not cooked fully. The room is below average. The swimming pool water was very dirty. The staff does not even help in carrying the luggage to the room. The lift is not working properly
We had a very good time at Byke Puja.We had a good pool view room. My kids enjoyed the Swimming pool. The Management and staff are good. They helped us for sightseeing. Overall a very good tripatKovalam.
It was nice staying there , we booked 4 rooms there for 12 people. We checked in late by 8 pm and we requested for their permission to use the swimming pool . Actually the pool timing is 7 Am to 7 PM . But they allow us to use the pool for 1 hr . The other thing is that we broke a table glass and we informed them while checking out. They checked the room and collected only a very reasonable price and they behaved well and thanked us for informing the mistake that happened from our side . It was nice staying there
Resort is big and Spacious. Rooms were clean and Big. Food was awesome and Breakfast was extremely Tasty. Provided drinking water and extra mattress Need to order for food hours in advance . Can order from Online Food portals too Location of resort is not at all on beach where as misleading photo shown on travel portal. Better to stay at Kovalam beach for accessibility to the beach Swimming pool was not clean.
Good and budget friendly resort. Rooms are large with all required furniture like cupboard, table, side table, AC, electric cattle. All required shampoo, soap, conditioner, shower gel was provided. Services were quick. Allow outside restaurant food and also suggested to order from swiggy zomato if we want. They also have option to buffet lunch(approximate 300+ per person) or dinner(approx 400+ per person) They can do better in - Clean room more precisely - Keep rooms open while cleaning as there were mosquitos inside room due to rooms remain closed - Hot water was mild hot only - Fan is not directly above bed's head ceiling side it's little far away towards end of bed - there is one partition wall just above bed's head side that can be removed - overall room's ambience gives you old and new furniture feelings as it seems they renovated old property with new paint
